  • Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours. Rush delivery may be available upon request depending on my schedule.

  • I am based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and regularly photograph properties throughout the surrounding area. Travel outside Sioux Falls is available and may include a travel fee depending on distance.

  • Staging is not required, but clean and decluttered spaces photograph best. I recommend basic preparation such as turning on lights, opening blinds, and removing personal items when possible.
