I am based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and regularly photograph properties throughout the surrounding area. Travel outside Sioux Falls is available and may include a travel fee depending on distance.

Staging is not required, but clean and decluttered spaces photograph best. I recommend basic preparation such as turning on lights, opening blinds, and removing personal items when possible.
